Item Availability

A product's availability is noted on the Product Detail page as "In Stock", “2-3 days”, “Pre Order” or "Out of Stock". Your item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, the receiving address is verified, and your payment is approved. You will not be charged for any item until it is in-stock and shipped to you.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order, the shipping method you select, and the location of your shipping address. Your total shipping charges will be computed during the completion of your order. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select and the location of your shipping address.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. Returning and Exchanges

We are proud of the quality of our products and your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.  If not completely satisfied, you may return any item within 30 days from the order date. All items must be returned, unopened and unused, in the same condition as before shipped, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit. Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with the item. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item. You can expect a refund in the same form of original payment for purchase, within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Specific limited guarantees apply to designated products.

If the customer returns non-opened, used or opened product, an exchange will be offered based on the amount paid (as shown on the sales receipt or packing slip).

Damaged/Defective Items

We try to always provide the highest level of service possible. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a customer service representative within 30 days of order at 1-888-666-1016. Please supply the representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, your email address and phone number. will make all reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage to the packaging, contact a customer service representative immediately at 1-888-666-1016.
